Key Staff
Paul Kramer - Training Manager
Paul holds a Diploma in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies. He has been involved in environmental education
since 1991. Paul developed Australia’s first accredited course in Bushland Regeneration which was adopted by Greening Australia
and became the national course in this field. He has developed and delivered training programs across Australia in Environmental Management,
Endangered Species and Bushland Regeneration. Committed to the environment, in 1993 he purchased 625 acres of bushland on the outskirts of
Brisbane to preserve the ecological integrity of the property and prevent it from being logged.

Paul has learnt about sustainable living first hand having lived in a sustainable home with its own solar power, vegetable gardens and water
recycling. Paul currently resides with his family in Brisbane.
Mark Moore - Trainer & Course Developer
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies,a Diploma in Education and is also a Builder. Mark’s involvement in delivery of
environmental vocational education and training spans 19 years. He has a passion is sustainable house and garden design. He has designed
and built a number of sustainable houses each with unique feature that take into account the local conditions and capitalise on the
environmental values of surrounding area. As an environmental consultant his work has focused on resource management and planning.
Much of this work has been in the energy sector. His combination of skills, experience and enthusiasm for sustainable buildings is
reflected in his success as a respected educator and trainer.
Jeanie Mckillop - Trainer & Course Developer
Jeanie has a Bachelor of Science in Australian Environmental Studies with Honors in Environmental Planning and a Diploma of Education.
She is a lecturer and tutor at Griffith University and Queensland University of Technology. Jeanie is currently employed as a consultant
advising small business and councils on sustainability issues. Jeanie’s training areas include Environmental Impact Assessment, planning,
mediation, public participation, environmental dispute resolution, sustainable business and waste management. She has published in
environmental, law and planning journals.
Clare Cavanagh - Business Development & Trainer
Clare's career began with practical training in an AD Wilderness Reserves and Wildlife.
Currently she is undertaking her Research Masters in Sustainable Design – Green Roofs and Urban Agriculture. She spent the first half of her career working with Bushland
Regeneration and the latter half working with large precinct developments
combining 'catchment management' skill with detailed modeling of energy and water within the built environment.
Her great passion is how society learns to adapt in times of change, remaining focused on positive solutions, such as sustainable business practice and urban
agriculture. Clare currently lives in an inner city apartment block, which is soon to be trialed as
a Green Roof Project.
